Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timelines
  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be available during special promotions or above certain cart values — details will be displayed on the product or checkout page.

Tracking Your Order
  • Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email or SMS.

  • You can also track your order using the “Track Order” option on our website.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Returned in the original packaging with all tags intact

  • Item is not a part of non-returnable categories (e.g. innerwear, sale items, custom orders)

Note:MyGrampus reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
How to Request a Return
  1. Email us at info@mygrampus.in or call +91-8076441574 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed.

Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
  • If you’ve received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Important Notes
  • Do not return items without prior communication with our support team.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care are not eligible for return.

  • MyGrampus is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit without a valid tracking number.
